Landscaping:

• The Board agreed to arrange and pay for removal of the dead pine trees on/near Villas West property, with their permission.
• The Board agreed that before executing the landscaping plan, a copy of the RSC plans, will be circulated to the community as an email attachment
• The Board agreed that the crepe myrtles planted on the Marina Park in the fall of 2008 will be kept pruned.
• The Board decided to continue to engage the landscaping company to do the watering next year, rather than purchase our own equipment or install irrigation.

Insurance:

The Board decided to increase the coverage for the Directors and Officers insurance policy.

Community Rules:

The Board adopted 2 changes to the Community Rules and Regulations:

1. A new rule was adopted concerning vehicles on the beach:

   “No vehicles are permitted on the beach without written advance permission of the Board.”

2. The rule re pile driving was amended to provide:

   “In addition, pile driving will not be permitted on the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Advance notification of pile driving is required.”
