May 19, 2021
A special meeting of the Board was held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Due to the short notice given in arranging the meeting, notice of the meeting announcement was waived. The meeting was called to order and a quorum was declared. Attending the meeting by teleconference, in compliance with the Delaware State of Emergency, were: President Bruce Wilson, Secretary Debbie Director, Treasurer Helen Hoart, Vice President Louisa Hollman and Assistant Secretary Evan Thalenberg.
The Board met to discuss a personnel matter that had recently been brought to their attention. On the advice of counsel, the Board met in a privileged and confidential session to review the matter.
The meeting was adjourned.
