Meeting Summary; A meeting of the Board was held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, immediately following the Annual Meeting for North Shores property owners. Present at the meeting were: President Wilson; Secretary Debbie Director; ARC Head Paul Salditt; Vice President Mary Haverback and newly elected board member Helen Hoart.

The first item of business was the assignment of Board positions. After a brief discussion, a motion was made and unanimously approved, to retain Bruce Wilson as President of the Board. It was agreed that Helen Hoart would become the new treasurer to replace Donnee Ramelli whose term had expired. The remaining Board members will retain their current positions.

The Board outlined at the Annual Meeting, held earlier that morning, a cost sharing proposal to bury pipe in the newly recontoured swales as part of the drainage project in the north area of the neighborhood. North Shores share of the costs will be as follows: swales with a depth over 16 inches, 90 percent; swales over 10 inches but less than 16 inches deep will be done on a 50 percent cost basis; and swales less than 10 inches deep are not eligible for cost sharing. A motion was made and approved by all to proceed with the project.
