Meeting – 08/27/12
A Special Meeting of the North Shores Board was held by conference call. All Board members were present, as well as staff member Phyllis Donovan. The purpose of the meeting was to approve the final design for the pool house. The final design had moved from the original “community room within a building” concept to an area that would be used primarily for covered pool seating, a “covered deck”. There was a lengthy discussion about the specifics of the plan. The Board voted unanimously to approve the plan. The Board also voted to approve the contractor list, which had expanded to nine contractors that would receive the package to bid on the project. Further discussion included repair to the pool drain basin.
