Special Board Meeting – 05/30/07
The Board acknowledged the resignations from the Board of James Stallings and Roy Parks, submitted May 28.
The Board elected the following officers:
President: Margot Anderson
Vice President: Paul Salditt
Secretary/Treasurer: Joan Churchill
The Board met by telephone with an owner seeking retroactive approval of an amended site plan and possible variance. Due to lack of resolution, it was agreed to set a special meeting date of June 1, 2007 for a hearing on the matter.
