Meeting – 05/27/07
Board Membership:
The Board welcomed new member Margot Anderson, who was elected to the Board at the Annual Meeting on May 26, and welcomed back Paul Salditt and Roy Parks, who were each reelected.
Application for retroactive Amendment to Site Plan:
The Board approved a final draft for the letter agreed to on May 25, denying approval of a revised site plan for work under construction, and specifying what the Board would approve.
Dune Crossovers:
In regard to a request from 2 owners, reported by Roy Parks, for suspension of the construction of the dunes cross overs, the Board agreed that the work underway on the dunes crossovers will not be halted, that the carpenters that we have engaged will be allowed to complete the 3rd cross over [the one for the Cedar Road entrance] which has been ordered, but not yet started, that we shall not be tearing down or altering the 2 completed cross overs [at the Holly and Farview Road entrances], and that we shall not be purchasing “roll up” walk ways.
Office and Administrative Staffing:
Margot Anderson agreed to chair a Personnel & Office Committee, to explore alternatives and options for office space and replacement of Phyllis Donovan, Office Manager, upon her retirement in the fall.
Special Parking Permission on 9/29/07:
The Board granted a request to permit parking in our marked spaces for a large event scheduled for 3-6pm on September 29, 2007.
Next Meeting Date:
The Board set the date of Saturday, June 16, 2007, for the next regular meeting of the Board.
