Shed Door
The Board accepted a bid to build a second door in the shed, in order to fit the second beach vehicle.
Covenants Enforcement
The Board voted to reject, in part, an application for a revised site plan for a property under construction and to draft a letter to the owners which would specify what the Board would approve.
The Board agreed to send a letter setting a deadline date for completion of work promised by another owner to bring her property into compliance with the covenants, which has not yet been done.
Resolution
The Board unanimously adopted the following resolution:
“It is hereby resolved that – In interpreting whether a property is in compliance with the requirement of Covenants Amendment 3©(3) that at least 40 of each lot must remain pervious, any area covered by pavers shall not be considered as pervious, and may not be included in the calculation of the 40.
Committees
The Board approved passing out a signup sheet at the Annual Meeting to solicit interest in serving on the following possible committees:

Beach, Buildings, & Grounds
Bylaws, Covenants & Rules
Legal
Personnel & Office
Technology.
Next Meeting
The Board set the date of Sunday, May 27, 2007, for the organizational meeting of the new Board.
