Annual Meeting:
The Board prepared an Agenda for the Annual Meeting.
Special Assessment:
The Board determined that Snug Harbor remains in arrears for the amount of $4750 [which remains unpaid for 10 of their 11 units] for the special assessment for dredging the marina, which serves as a water retention basin for storm water management for the community, including roads and parking areas therein.

The Board set Tuesday, May 24, 2008, 2pm, for its next regular meeting.
