Board Action by Email – 05/13/08
In response to the same resident’s request for clarification of our response on May 6 regarding the crossovers, the Board decided to send a further response explaining why the idea of eliminating the central stringer and lowering the upper landing decking between the stringers would not work, and explaining that proposals to the Board need to be in writing, signed by the owner(s) submitting the request, and need to explain the objectives, etc. The Board’s Memo further stated that for the Board to consider any modifications to the dunes crossovers, a professionally designed profile based on actual existing dune grade surveys needs to be presented.
