Paving:
The Board voted to arrange for repaving the Harbor Road trench near Holly, which was torn up for drainage repairs.
The Board voted not to repave Harbor between Holly & Farview, or the service road behind the Villas West as repaving is not currently needed.
The Board voted to consult counsel re maintenance of the access road for the Ocean Front Villas.
Finances:
The Board approved the 2011 Budget. The Board voted not to establish a separate bank account for the maintenance reserve fund.
Security:
The Board confirmed its decision to buy pedestrian warning signs for the crossings on Ocean Drive.
