Meeting – 12/09/12
A Special Meeting of the North Shores Board was held by conference call to discuss proposed revisions of the pool house plans to resolve issues with setback requirements. All Board members attended. Architect Rob Miller had submitted two plans for the Board to review as solutions to the permitting process. Merits of both plans were discussed. The Board approved both plans to be submitted to the County in order to move forward with the permitting process and avoid delaying construction.
