Budget:
The Board approved the 2009 budget, settig the 2009 Annual Assessment at $1,800, per unit.
Manager/Management Company:
The Board agreed to explore the possibility of hiring a manager or management company.
Inquiry re boat slip policy at end of 5 season leases:
It was agreed to notify the homeowner who inquired that the Board anticipates no change in the practice of offering leases to those who leased the prior season.
