Meeting – 06/21/07

The Board elected Frederick Rockwell and Edward Betz to fill the interim Board vacancies, subject to their acceptance.

The Board designated the following Committees:

1. Architectural Review
2. Bylaws, Covenants & Legal, and Beach
3. Buildings & Grounds.

The Board agreed that relatives of owners would be allowed to serve on committees. The Board appointed the persons who volunteered.

The Board agreed to take over the lease for the building at 5th and Rehoboth Avenues, where our office is currently located.

The Board decided to follow up on the marina dredging project as a priority.

The Board chose the date of Friday, August 17, 2007, for its next regular meeting.
